Contact our curation team within 14 days of delivery via our online portal or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Packaging

Carefully repackage the antique using the original internal padding and double-boxing to prevent any structural damage during transit.

Insured Shipping

Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location; we require all antique returns to be fully insured for their purchase value.
