Looks like the workmanship of a leading Parisian Shop as Jacob Petit after we did research to similar pieces auctioned at the bigger auction houses in the world.
also came from a lady who has a nice collection Jacob petit items, most of them marked with the blue J P mark. this one i found no marks on but definately made in his style
